TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through The Gathering Co. online store and the Rent It Out Digital Shop. The store is operated by The Gathering Co. KC LLC, doing business as The Gathering Co. By accessing the store, placing an order, downloading a product, or using purchased materials, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Products
Our current Rent It Out offerings are digital products delivered electronically. Product descriptions explain what is included in each purchase. Please review the description before ordering. We may update, improve, reorganize, rename, or discontinue products or offers at any time, subject to any rights already provided to existing purchasers.

2. Digital Delivery
Digital files are generally made available after checkout through the order confirmation or order-status experience and may also be delivered by email. Delivery times can vary because of internet, email, file-processing, spam-filter, browser, or device conditions. If a file does not arrive or a link does not work, contact us so we can help restore access.

3. Personal-Use License & Intellectual Property
Unless a product states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the purchased materials for your own personal or business use. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, share, publish, upload, give away, create competing products from, or otherwise commercially exploit the purchased materials, in whole or in substantial part, without prior written permission.

4. Educational Materials; No Guaranteed Results
Rent It Out products are practical educational resources based on real-world business experience. They do not guarantee any particular revenue, bookings, profits, audience growth, business results, or other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, execution, competition, customer demand, platform changes, and business decisions.

5. Not Legal, Tax, Financial, or Professional Advice
The materials and Q&A sessions are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, employment, regulatory, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice for your own circumstances.

6. Premium 30-Minute Personal Strategy Q&A
The Premium Bundle includes one 30-minute Personal Strategy Q&A. The session is intended to help you better understand and apply the purchased Rent It Out resources. It is not ongoing coaching, consulting, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or a custom business plan.

Q&A appointments are subject to available scheduling times. Rescheduling is handled through Calendly where available. Meeting access may be provided through Google Meet or another stated conferencing service. Third-party scheduling and meeting services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Payments, Pricing & Taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time for future purchases. You authorize the payment method you select to be charged for your order. Applicable taxes, if any, are determined and collected through the store checkout based on the information available to us and the settings applicable to the transaction.

8. Refunds
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Digital products are final sale except where a refund, remedy, or other right is required by applicable law or where we determine that a billing or delivery correction is appropriate.

9. Third-Party Services
Our store and products may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, Calendly, Google Meet, Microsoft Excel, PDF software, social platforms, and AI tools. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their availability, policies, changes, or independent actions. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms.

10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the store, downloads, links, or materials for unlawful purposes; to interfere with store security; to attempt unauthorized access; to distribute malicious code; or to violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and digital products are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties of a particular business result or fitness for a specific business plan. We do not warrant that every third-party platform, file format, device, software version, or service will remain continuously compatible or available.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gathering Co. KC LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the store, products, or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the policy reflects the current version. Changes apply prospectively except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to The Gathering Co. KC LLC in Kansas, United States, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under mandatory law in a customer's jurisdiction.
